该功能已包含在OpenBSD 4.8 源码定制中

1、令依赖 libc 的程序能够正常使用 sunlnk 和 uunlnk 标志

相应的，所有基于 libc 并使用此功能的静态编译程序都需要重新编译，如 /bin/ls /bin/chmod 等
