在 /boot/grub/grub.conf 文件的第一个 title 行前增加

password=明文密码

或

password --md5 密文密码

密文密码通过 grub-md5-crypt 命令生成

另外，在每个 title 行后增加

lock

行，则会在选择启动此项目时要求输入密码
